Delete your account.

You can delete your IgnitionSync account and all associated data at any time, in two ways.

In the app

Open IgnitionSync, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. This removes your account and all data associated with it immediately.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We’ll verify and delete your account within 30 days.

Delete specific data (keep your account)

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove specific data — vehicle records, diagnostic history, or service logs, for example. Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us what to remove. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days, and your account stays active.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your login credentials, vehicle and diagnostic data, service history, and any content you’ve added. Anonymous analytics events that can’t be tied back to your account may be retained for product improvement, as described in our privacy policy.
