IgnitionSync (“we”, “us”) is currently in early access. This policy covers the data we collect today — waitlist signups and basic site analytics — and the principles that will govern vehicle data once the product launches.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit and the time you submitted it. We do not collect payment information, vehicle identification numbers, or precise location data during early access.

How we use it

Waitlist emails are used only to notify you about IgnitionSync’s launch and early access invitations. We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host our waitlist (currently Airtable).

Future vehicle data

Once IgnitionSync launches, the product will process vehicle signals, diagnostic codes, service history and symptoms you provide in order to generate a diagnosis. That data will belong to you: it will be used to serve your account, not to build advertising profiles, and a detailed data policy will be published before any vehicle data is collected.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time, or ask us to delete your email address entirely, by writing to [email protected].
